We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to the slopes and just a short walk to the bus station. We loved being able to easily explore the village and take in the beautiful scenery. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room amenities were also impressive, with air conditioning and an in-room safe for added convenience. We appreciated having a television and telephone as well.

Great view of the mountains from the room and the breakfast selection was pretty good. the hotel's location was close to the main ski lift and there was a spa that was easy to access. the staff was always friendly and accommodating, making sure that we were comfortable at all times. the overall ambiance of the hotel was cozy and relaxing which was the perfect way to spend New Year.

The rooms were outdated and uncomfortable, needing an urgent upgrade. There were broken lamps and stained carpets.

Superficial friendliness at front desk. Pricey - drinks in restaurant ranging from 5.50 CHF for tap water (0.5l) to over 100.- CHF for wine.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the variety of facilities available, such as the wellness center and ski room, and the convenience of purchasing ski passes on site. The location was perfect, not far from the village and close to the slopes. The breakfast spread was fabulous with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always there to assist with any requests.

It was all superb.
